Aktibo Easter Giveaway

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility:

• Open to residents of Australia aged 16 and over.
• Must be following @Aktibowear on Instagram.
• Employees of Aktibo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag 2 friends in the comments (each 2 x tags count as one entry).
• Both you and your tagged friend must be following @Aktibowear.
• Save and share the post to your Instagram Story for an additional entry (profile must be public).

3. Competition Period:

• Starts on April 19, 2025 and ends on April 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement:
• The winner will be chosen randomly using an online name picker.
• The winner will be notified via DM from @Aktibowear by April 23, 2025.
• The winner must respond within 72 hours; otherwise, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Data Privacy:
• By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of
administering the competition and, if applicable, for future marketing purposes.

6. Prize Details:

• One (1) Brown Active Tank Top and one (1) pair of Brown Active Leggings.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. General Conditions:

• Aktibo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
