1. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
• Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
• Entrants must be following @aktibowear on Instagram at the time of winner selection.
• Employees of Aktibo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @aktibowear on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in the comments.
Each separate comment containing a tagged account constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted through separate comments.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.
3. Competition Period
• The giveaway commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 15 June 2026.
• The giveaway closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 19 June 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details
• Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Aktibo Run Club Shirt.
• Each prize is valued at AUD $80.00.
• Total prize pool value: AUD $240.00.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The draw will take place on 20 June 2026.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message from @aktibowear only.
• Winners will also be announced via Aktibo’s Instagram Stories.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, Aktibo reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
6. Prize Delivery
• Winners must provide a valid Australian postal address for prize delivery.
• Aktibo will arrange postage of the prizes at no cost to the winners.
• Aktibo is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries once dispatched.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
Any future marketing communications from Aktibo will only be sent where the entrant has separately consented to receive them.
8. General Conditions
• Aktibo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Aktibo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Aktibo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the giveaway.
• To the extent permitted by law, Aktibo will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or acceptance of a prize.
